Returns and exchanges
For orders within NL & BE
You may return your online purchases within 14 days from the date of receipt. Items must be undamaged, unworn, and in their original packaging with all attached labels. All labels, hangtags, and accessories must be attached as received. We cannot accept returns without attached labels.
STEP 1 – Check Your Order
Check your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
STEP 2 – Packing
Place the items back in the bag/box along with the packing slip.
(Preferably use the original shipping packaging.)
Please note: we cannot process returns without the packing slip.
STEP 3 – Shipping
Seal the package and place the provided return label over the old shipping label.
Take the package to a PostNL location near you.
COSTS & PROCESSING
Return costs are at your own expense. You do not need to pay when handing in the package. We will deduct the return costs from your refund. Processing a return can take up to 10 days. Once your return has been processed, the refund will be issued as soon as possible to the payment method we have on file.
