What is Airforce’s warranty policy?

Our products have been crafted with care and high professional standards in order to ensure the longest possible lifespan for each individual product. We offer a 6-month warranty on all our products. If any production errors occur during this period, we will repair or replace the product. If the exact product is no longer available, it will be replaced with a comparable item. However, if the defect is not the result of a production error, but instead caused by personal use, the buyer will bear the costs for repairing or replacing the item. This warranty does not cover repairs that are necessary as a result of accidents, improper care, negligence or normal wear.

Please note that our health and safety guidelines dictate that any returned item needs to be clean and tidy.

What is a production error?

A production error causes damage to the product as a result of mistakes made during the production process. Production errors often occur multiple times during the same production line. This means that we have to process multiple reports of the same issue. Airforce determines whether product damage is the result of a production error or personal use.

What types of damage are not covered by Airforce’s warranty policy?

Every product sold through our web shop has been produced according to high professional standards. However careful you handle our products though, no material lasts forever. Eventually, every product will show signs of wear and tear, such as discolouration and worn cuffs. Damage not covered by our warranty policy is caused by improper care or negligence, such as putting the product away when it is still wet, storing the product in a place where it has direct contact with UV rays or not following the maintenance instructions listed on the care label.

How do I file a warranty claim?

If you have purchased your product at Air-force.com, please contact us using our contact form and specify your name, order number, the name of the item, your complaint and, if possible, photos and videos of the defect. We will respond to your claim as quickly as possible.

If you have purchased your product from any of our official retailers, you can contact the store or web shop where you bought the item. They will process your complaint.

Who will pay the shipping costs of a return shipment?

The buyer will bear the costs of shipping the return items to the Airforce head office. If we accept your claim, we will send you a replacement item free of charge. Please ship your return shipment with a track and trace code. You are accountable for each product until we have it in our possession.
