What is our warranty policy?

Our products are crafted with care and attention to detail, so you can enjoy them for as long as possible. All our items come with a 6-month warranty. If a defect occurs due to a production error within this period, we will repair or replace the product. If the original item is no longer available, we will provide a comparable replacement.

If the issue is not related to a production error but caused by use or improper care, the costs will be at your own expense. Accidental damage, improper maintenance, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

Please note: in accordance with our Health & Safety guidelines, any returned item must be clean and tidy.

What is a production error?

A production error occurs when a product becomes defective due to a mistake during the production process. Such issues often appear multiple times within the same production line. Airforce determines whether the issue qualifies as a production error or results from personal use.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Even with careful use, every product will eventually show signs of wear. Examples include faded fabric or worn cuffs. Damage caused by improper care or negligence, such as:

storing your item while it is still wet,

exposing it to direct sunlight (UV rays),

or not following the care instructions on the label,

is not covered by the warranty.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Purchased via air-force.com: Contact us through the Contact page Please include:
– your name
– order number
– item name
– description of the defect, with photos or video if possible.
We will respond to your claim as quickly as possible.

Purchased via an external retailer: Please return to the store or webshop where you bought the product. They will handle your complaint.

Check after repair

After a repair, it is your responsibility to check the product immediately. If you believe the repair is unsatisfactory, report this within 5 working days with clear photos. After this period, we cannot accept responsibility for visible defects that could have been identified earlier.

Note: certain repairs may leave small marks or scars due to the restoration process. These are technically unavoidable and not a valid reason for complaint or compensation.

Who covers the shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to the Airforce headquarters. If your claim is accepted, we will return the product free of charge.

Always ship with a Track & Trace code. Until we receive the package, you are responsible for the return.
