How do I return an item?

You can easily return your online purchase within 14 days of receipt. Please make sure that the item is:

• Unworn and undamaged
• In its original packaging
• Complete with attached labels and the security tag

Returns from EU countries except Netherlands & Belgium
For customers outside the Netherlands and Belgium, no return label is provided. You can drop off your return at a shipping point of your choice. In this case, return shipping costs are entirely your own responsibility.

Easy returns from the Netherlands/Belgium

1. Place the item(s) you wish to return, along with the included packing slip, in the original box/bag and seal it securely.

2. Attach the return label provided in your package over the original shipping label.

3. Drop off the parcel at any PostNL location and keep the track & trace code safe.

A return fee of €6.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. The refund will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
